"Hoopa!" -Any Flinger Lingon
The Flying Flinger Lingons are a group of acrobats dressed as blue tennis balls who travel the world in a giant bread bowl that they use as a circus tent. They appear to be human from the face that can be seen and their vocabulary consists only of "Hoop Hoop Hoop Hoop Hoopa!". In the episode Chowder is amazed by them and begin repeating Hoop hoop hoop hoop HOOPA! over and over again. while trying to copy them he wrecks the giant bread bowl.
