While at a meeting for young apprentices, the current president disappears when he's trying to kill a fly. Panini then appoints herself as president, but Gorgonzola wants to run against her. Seeing that the society overwhelmingly favors her (except Chowder, who doesn't want her to legalize child marriage),Gorgonzola uses Chowder to run against her by manipulating him with food.
In an attempt to ruin Panini's chances of winning, Chowder draws a beard and a moustache on Panini's posters, but Panini get more votes (a couple says that they'll vote for Panini out of pity). Chowder and Gorgonzola then ask Gazpacho for help. Gazpacho then tells Chowder to kiss babies to show that he's in touch which the common people. Although reluctant, Chowder agrees by breaking in to a nursery and kissing an ugly baby. This triggers a "baby riot" and the police chases Chowder and Gorgonzola out of the building and in the process, falls off a cliff and gets saved by Panini.
They make their way to the debate, which the crowd supports Panini. Fearing that Chowder'll lose, Gorgonzola climbs to the top of the stage and pours mud on Panini, which a mud fight begins. Chowder then hits Panini extremely hard with a mud ball and Panini breaks down into tears, yelling that Gorgonzola was using him to win the election. The policemen that chased them both then runs to capture Gorgonzola. Suddenly, the President shows up and finally kills the fly, ending the election.
