Mr. Muffintops is the name of the dog (or at least that's what he appears to be) belonging to Pepper Spray Saleswoman. His favorite drink is mountain spring-water, which chowder has to find in the episode Chowder Loses His Hat. He is violent, and talks in third person. He only had three lines in the show: "I kill you man","I Need Liquid Refreshment man!"and "Watta! I need watta!" "Watta" meaning water. He looks somewhat like a poodle.
