Foie Gras is a short, pudgy white cat. He wears a red collar with a large bell hanging off the front, a blue patterned vest, and dark gray shoes. He has large, striking yellow eyes with similarly large pupils.
- Foie Gras' name is taken from the French dish foie gras, which is French for "fat liver". It is a luxury dish made from specially fattened duck or goose liver.
- He is based on the Maneki Neko, a small cat statue that is usually put on the counter of Japanese stores to welcome visitors and ward away evil spirits.
- Foie Gras was voiced by George Takei, who was famous for portraying Hikaru Sulu on Star Trek.
