Snow Leopard is on the Marzipan City Police Department and is usually seen with the other officers. Sergeant Hoagie probably gets annoyed with him from time to time. He usually ends all his speaking parts with a soft "Roar". He also has a good sense of fashion, as seen in The Hot Date when he tries to suggest some pants for Sergeant Hoagie.
