A chicktapus is a hybrid creature of a chicken and an octopus. The chicktapus made its debut, and only, brief appearance in "The B.L.T.'s". It appeared when Chowder was practicing for the B.L.T.'s.
Etymology[]
The word is a portmanteau created by merging the "chick" from chicken with the "tapus" from octapus. It doesn't actually share any letters between the words, although it shares the "k" (hard c) sound in the middle of the two.
