When Panini sets her love struck eyes on Chowder, he tries every trick he can think of to convince her he's not her boyfriend without hurting her.

Plot Edit

Chowder and Mung go to the farmers market to buy grabels from Gazpacho, only for Mung to run into his arc-nemeses Endive and her apprentice. As Endive and Mung argue about what make grabels taste good Endives apprentice Panini gets attracted to Chowder. When Chowder figures out that Panini likes him he tries to figure out what to do. The next day he asked Mung about women for him to reply that he should tell her he didn't feel the same way. Chowder does various attempts to tell her he does not like her for them to fail.

Chowder does a final attempt to tell her he doesn't like her by singing a song "Im Not Your Boyfriend! for the King of the Sky to blow it up. Panini ends up loving it and kisses Chowder on the cheek. Chowder the next day asked Gazpacho what to do for him to tell him the only thing left to do is marry Panini. After the cake is finished, the grabels get ripe and start to eat it so Chowder tries to rush it to Panini's house before its all gone. Panini denies getting married making a relieved Chowder go home singing "Im Not Your Boyfriend.

  Chowder: (in an accent with a fake moustache on): Um, hello, Panini. I have a message for you from Chowder. Who I am not.
  Panini: (smiling): Uh-huh.
  Chowder: Chowder has moved far away and can not be your boyfriend.
  Panini: Where did he move to?
  Chowder: Uh, down the street, to the next city...
  Panini: Yes?
  Chowder: He's dead. Chowder is dead.
  Panini: (holds out cookie) Want a cookie, Chowder?
  Chowder: (in regular voice) Would I! (takes cookie) (frowns) Aw, man!

• The monster from the previous episode appears again in this episode.
• In some countries where Cartoon Network, Chowder's Girlfriend was appointe as the 4th episode because Panini did not appear in The Thrice Cream Man and Flibber Flabber Diet.
  • Kevin Micheal Richardson, who voiced Shnitzel in the pilot, was replaced by John DiMaggio from this episode-onward.
  • Truffes is shown twice in this episode, but doesn't have any lines.
  • Pate moonwalks across a stage.
